Eddy Current Testing (ECT) is an NDT method that detects cracks, corrosion, and other defects on metal surfaces using eddy currents generated by an alternating current. Thanks to its non-contact operation, its ability to detect defects even beneath thin coatings, and its rapid results, it is widely used in the aerospace, energy, and manufacturing industries.
